Following the Carabao Cup round of 16 (fourth round) draw this week, Chelsea, Manchester City and Liverpool are all expected to qualify for the quarter-final stage this season due to their ‘current form and experience’ in the game.

DAILY POST reports that Chelsea have won three out of their last four games against Aston Villa in the Carabao Cup, Tottenham in the Premier League and Zenit in the Champions League and Manchester City in the Premier League.

Man City, on the other hand, have not lost a game in their last four matches. Pep Guardiola’s side thrashed Wycombe 6-1 in the Carabao Cup, played 0-0 against Southampton and defeated RB Leipzig in the Champions League and won 1-0 against Chelsea on Saturday.
