Floyd Mayweather To Earn Insane Purse As Ridiculous Fight Price And Details Emerge

It has emerged that Fanmio's worldwide PPV price for Floyd Mayweather's bout against Logan Paul on June 6th will be $49.99 (£36).

The pair were all set for a date in February but it fell through because of 'complications' with the former five weight world champion.

Now, fans will have to splash the cash to watch at home after a lengthy delay.

In addition the PPV price, Mayweather has also claimed he can reportedly earn a 'guaranteed' $35million (£25m) from his bout against the YouTube star.

In fact, the undefeated fighter said a fight against Paul could earn upwards of that amount.

"I can fight a fighter right now and I can guarantee myself $35million (£25m)." he told the Disruptive Entrepreneur podcast. "I can eventually probably make $50million (£36m), for just a regular fight.

"Or me and Logan Paul can go out, entertain, have fun and make nine figures $100million (£72m) or more."

Mayweather continued, saying: "Everybody thinks that 'retired' means at home with your feet up and picking up weight. I prefer to go out, still entertain and have fun.

"Just because I still go out, entertain and have fun doesn't mean that I still wanna fight for 12 rounds.

"I think we've got a six-round exhibition. I think it's gonna be very entertaining for the people, I think people are gonna love it. $35million for 12 rounds or $100million for six rounds - big difference."

Paul, meanwhile, revealed back in January that he will be paid 'far more for fighting Floyd Mayweather than initially reported - but he'd have done it for free.'

"Everyone wants to know about the money for this fight. Everyone wants to know what got Floyd to take this fight, was it the money?" he said on the 'Impaulsive' podcast.

"I'll say this, you're way off with your estimates, and you'll never know.

"I'd probably would have done this fight for free. It's an iconic opportunity, this is some legacy s***. I'd have done this for free.

"This is the coolest thing in the world. I get to grace the ring with one of the best boxers of all time and attempt to take his head off.

"But I didn't take it for free, I'm going to make a good amount."

Fanmio has listed the price for the upcoming clash in a $49.99 package, which includes an exclusive limited edition Mayweather vs Paul T-shirt.

According to the website, 20 people who purchased the package will also have the chance to secure a potential video meet and greet with both fighters.

Showtime, who will host the fight in the US, have yet to announce their official PPV price.
