Napoli director Cristiano Giuntoli has explained signing Hellas Verona defender Amir Rrahmani.
Rrahmani was snapped up in January for €14m before being loaned back to Verona.
“We signed Rrahmani because he is very good at man-marking, but can also play out from the back, which is crucial as far as Rino is concerned," director of sport Giuntoli told Sky Sport Italia.
“With a coach like Gattuso, who always wants to start moves from the back, we wanted to give him players who were suited to his football ideas.
