The Porto goalkeeper has posted on social media that he is resting comfortably after a major heath scare on Wednesday morning

 

Iker Casillas has calmed fears over his health with a message on social media after a heart attack on Wednesday.
The Porto goalkeeper was rushed to the hospital after suffering a heart attack during his team's training session.
Casillas, 37, underwent emergency surgery as messages of support came in from around the footballing world.
