Footballer Marcus Rashford, 23, building 80 acre Five-bedroom Mansion in Manchester Complete with its Own golf Course

 

Manchester United footballer, Marcus Rashford is building a five-bedroom home fitted with its own golf course.

According to the Sun UK, Rashford bought the unused golf club in Cheshire, Manchester last May and has started building an eco-friendly house on the site with the nine-hole private golf course to play with friends.

The UK government granted planning permission to his company MUCS Properties back in February this year.

The new home will boasts a basement with wine cellar, gym, indoor swimming pool, plant room, games room and chill-out area.

The ground floor will have a den, study, lounge, dining room, open-plan kitchen and breakfast room while the first floor will have a master bedroom with en suite and walk-in dresser, four other bedrooms three of which are also en suite and a family bathroom.

Rashford is also building a two-storey apartment for guests, linked to the house by a passageway at the site in Cheshire according to the report.

The grounds, including the golf course, cover 80 acres. Rashford earns £200,000 per week at United.
