“I Am Not Barcelona’s Spokesperson” – Ronald Koeman

FC Barcelona manager Ronald Koeman has refused to let out any information about the club’s decision on the Super League.

With the club still to release any information if they will be pulling out of the Super League after all six Premier League sides already do so, reporters are looking to find some information about Barcelona and what their next step would be.

Club Manager, Ronald Koeman has also refused to give details about the situation during his press conference ahead of Barcelona’s game against Getafe, saying he isn’t the club’s spokesperson when asked about the situation.

“The European Super League? I spoke with the President yesterday about this issue and he explained me the position of the club. But there’s been a lot of movement since yesterday, so I think it’s better not to comment.’ Koeman said

“We have to wait. What I want is the best for this club.

I am not the spokesperson for the club. My job is to prepare the team. The reactions of the people are so moving that we should wait. What we want is the best for the club. If anyone has to speak, it’s the president, not me.”
