God help Arsenal – Roy Keane blasts Gunners after 1-1 draw with Fulham

Former Manchester United captain, Roy Keane has blasted Arsenal, describing Mikel Arteta’s side’s performance in their Premier League 1-1 draw against Fulham as ‘shocking’ and ‘dreadful’.

Eddie Nketiah came on from the bench to score an injury-time equaliser to save Arsenal’s blushes after Josh Maja’s penalty put the visitors ahead.

But Keane was shocked by Arsenal’s poor display and said that only God can help Mikel Arteta’s team.

Sunday’s result leaves the Gunners ninth in the league, nine points behind fourth-placed West Ham United.

Keane told Sky Sports: “I don’t think Fulham deserved to win, they were poor. But the lack of quality from both teams, it was dreadful.

“Arsenal were even worse. God help Arsenal going forward. I thought they were shocking, dreadful.

“No quality. They got lucky at the end. Arsenal, my goodness.”
