Former Manchester United striker, Michael Owen, has predicted some of the fixtures that will be played in the Premier League this weekend.
Owen, speaking with Bet Victor, backed Liverpool and Manchester City to pick up maximum points.
The champions will be looking to get back to winning ways following defeat last time out.
They take on a Leicester side who are firmly in the battle for the top four.
Owen said: “If Liverpool can get in front, it should open Leicester up. If that materialises, I think the points will be going back to Merseyside.”
In Saturday’s late kick-off, City host Jose Mourinho’s Tottenham Hotspur side.
Pep Guardiola’s men are in the middle of a record-breaking winning run.
“No doubt, Mourinho will try to pick City off on the counter. However, as we’ve seen many times this season, Tottenham have a tendency to switch off at the back.
“You just can’t afford to do that against City, and with the visitors in such tremendous form, I can only see this going one way,” Owen said.
