Chelsea, Inter Milan Considering Jorginho-Eriksen Swap Deal

Chelsea are looking to bring Christian Eriksen back to the Premier League and sending Jorginho to Inter Milan as a part of a swap deal, Calciomercato reports.

The shock move would see Eriksen who previously played for the Blues’ bitter rivals, Tottenham Hotspur, move to Stamford Bridge.

Out-of-favour playmaker Jorginho would then make the switch back to Serie A.

Chelsea have already contacted Inter regarding a summer trade for Eriksen.

Talks between the two clubs are said to be “very much in the early stage,” but progressing.

Inter have been linked with a move for Jorginho for some time, but Chelsea consider Jorginho to be of higher market value than Eriksen and would demand cash to complete the transfer.

Knowing of Inter’s admiration for Jorginho and Antonio Conte’s desire to slot him into his system at the San Siro, Chelsea will reportedly demand an extra £18m (€20m).
