Harry Kane is more concerned with chasing down Wayne Rooney’s goal record for England than taking in a well-earned rest, says former Three Lions international Tom Huddlestone.

A prolific frontman has been cleared to figure in Gareth Southgate’s plans for a UEFA Nations League clash with Denmark on Wednesday.

That is despite the 27-year-old having taken in a hectic start to the season at club level which left him nursing a slight knock.
