'Leicester are a team to be reckoned with' - O'Neill says Foxes have found 'stardom' from 2016 title triumph

The club is well placed to remain a contender, says their former manager, as Brendan Rodgers has helped lead the team towards the top of the league

Martin O'Neill has praised Leicester City's progress under Brendan Rodgers and feels the club's famous Premier League title win is still helping them compete with some of the league's biggest clubs.
Leicester are on course to reach the Champions League, with the Foxes sitting third in the Premier League table, behind only Liverpool and Manchester City, prior to the coronavirus halting top-flight action all over the world.
A remarkable season has seen them equal the Premier League's record for the biggest ever win with the 9-0 triumph at Southampton, as they sit above the likes of Chelsea, Manchester United, Tottenham and Arsenal in the standings.
