Achraf Hakimi's agent says nothing is decided as the remains on-loan at Borussia Dortmund.
The Real Madrid fullback has been linked with Chelsea this week.
"The contract with Real Madrid is still the one we negotiated in 2017 and that runs to June 2022," agent Alejandro Camano told Spox.
"We'll have to wait and see. After the coronavirus crisis is over, we'll sit down with Real Madrid and Borussia Dortmund to discuss the matter."
Hakimi, at 21, already has 28 caps for Morocco and featured at the 2018 World Cup for his country. He made nine league appearances for Real Madrid before leaving on loan.
