She named the three versions of herself: "Khloé KoKo KhloMoney" in the caption.
Tristan, who is the father of her one-year-old daughter True, left a very flirty comment.
The 28-year-old basketball player left a series of eyes emojis, wink faces, and tongue out faces - showing perhaps he regrets losing Khloe.
The couple split last year after he cheated by kissing Jordyn Woods, 22, who at the time was the best friend of Khloe's sister, Kylie Jenner, also 22.
