Bruno Fernandes, Aubameyang And Others Nominated For EPL February Player Of The Month Award



Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and four others have been nominated for February’s Premier League Player of the Month Award.


Bruno Fernandes, Aubameyang, Nick Pope, Calvert-Lewin, Marcos Alonso and Matt Doherty are full nominees.


Fernandes has made a stunning start to his life at Manchester United, scoring with a goal and two assists in three matches as the Red Devils secured seven points in February to keep them in the top four.


Arsenal Striker Aubameyang was also very effective in February, scoring three goals in three Premier League games for the Gunners.


Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang is currently the league's joint-top scorer with 17 goals and Everton Star Calvert-Lewin also boosted his chances of an England call-up with two goals and an assist for Carlo Ancelotti's side.


Chelsea defender Alonso scored three goals in February against Tottenham, scoring twice in a 2-2 draw at Bournemouth.


England Goalkeeper Pope played a crucial role in Burnley keeping three clean sheets from four Premier League games last month.


Doherty also proved crucial as Wolves kept three clean sheets in February with the wing-back also providing an assist in the 3-0 win against Norwich.

Mikel Arteta, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Sean Dyche and Chris Wilder have been nominated for the Premier League Manager of the Month award for February.
