The Allegations Are Not True But Lies To Sabotage Us - Man City CEO Hit Back After European Ban

The Spanish executive has proven that the membership will be taking an appeal towards the decision to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS).

Manchester City CEO Ferran Soriano has spoken out to shield the club's economic activity in the wake of their two-season European ban.

The reigning Premier League champions had been hit with a €30 million (£32m/$25m) fine last week for breaching Financial Fair Play (FFP) policies between 2012 and 2016.

However, Soriano has issued an authentic declaration denying the allegations towards City, insisting the club are no longer guilty of any wrongdoing.

He said: "Well the most necessary thing I have to say today is that the allegations are not true. They are genuinely not true."
