Barcelona expect to be granted permission to sign a striker outside of the winter transfer window.
The club are looking to replace Luis Suarez and Ousmane Dembele. Dembele has been ruled out for the season after rupturing a tendon in practice.
Barcelona reportedly have a budget of $13 million to sign a new striker.
Willian Jose and Lucas Perez have been linked, but are outside of that price range.
Getafe's Angel Rodriguez may be the likeliest signing.
