Sancho Is Still Growing Up - Borrusia Dortmund Sporting Director Zorc

Borrusia Dortmund Sporting Director Michael Zorc has insisted that Jadon Sancho is still growing up amid transfer links.

Sancho had been dropped from the starting Line-up twice in two months against Borrusia Mochengladbach and Barcelona in the Champions League.

Last month, The 19-year-old was substituted in the 36th minute of the Bayern Munich Vs Borrusia Dortmund Clash due to his lack of quality in the game, according to Coach Lucian Favre.

Amid interests from Chelsea, Manchester United, Liverpool and Barcelona, BVB Sporting Director insists Sancho's discipline is crucial to his career progress and his relationship with the club is fine.

"Jadon is not yet at his best, he's still growing up and needs to always have a perfect professional behaviour, he needs help and guildlines which is what we are offering him," Zorc told Kicker.

"No matter who you are, you must always maintain team discipline. At some point you have to act as a club."

Sancho because a football sensation in the 2018 season in which he scored 12 goals and provided 17 assists across all competitions.

Despite his discipline problems at Dortmund, Sancho has already scored seven goals and provided eight assists in eight league games so far this campaign.

Sancho plays next for Borrusia Dortmund in the Champions League on Tuesday night against Slavia Prague and needed a good result from the Inter Vs Barca game.
