Chelsea Ready To Break Transfer Record For Jadon Sancho, Man United Interested

Chelsea are ready to break their transfer record to sign Borrusia Dortmund Winger Jadon Sancho. The Blues are confident of singing the England international ahead of rivals Manchester United and Liverpool.

Chelsea are still pressing hard with their transfer plans despite a transfer ban and have even submitted an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport [CAS].

Sancho has a nice relationship with a number of Chelsea players in the England national team such as Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Striker Tammy Abraham.

Sancho is ready to quit Borrusia Dortmund after a breakdown in relationships between the clubs Staffs and Coach Lucian Favre.

The 19-year-old was substituted after 39minutes of Dortmund's crucial rival match Vs Bayern Munich with Coach Favre slamming the player for not being good enough.

Last week, Sancho was also dropped from the starting line-up for the Champions League match against Barcelona and Coach Favre again insisted he wants on focused players on the pitch.

This issues have alerted top European clubs like Chelsea and United interested in signing the youngster in January or next summer transfer window.

Dortmund made some record profit after selling Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona in 2017 for €105m and Sancho is expected to command a fee within that range.

Liverpool are known as another top club interested in the player but Coach Jurgen Klopp has insisted the price is just too high.

According to recent reports, Manchester United are willing to pay €140m (£119m/$155m) for Sancho in the January transfer window but face difficulties such as playing in the Europa League clouded by poor league performances in the Premier League.

However, Chelsea forwards Olivier Giroud, Pedro and Willian are out of contracts at the end of this campaign with new contract talks not progressing.

If the trio do leave Chelsea in the summer, this would give room for a new top signing which the Blues fans would definitely love.
