Man Utd Star Paul Pogba Leaves Miami, Returns To England After Ankle Treatment

Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has returned to England after completing his ankle injury treatment in Miami.

Pogba has not played for over two months and last featured in the 1-1 draw against Arsenal at Old Trafford.

Pogba was spotted making his way through Manchester Airport with his young family on Thursday afternoon.

The 26-year-old did not have a cast on his ankle as he carried his young son up an escalator behind partner Maria Salaues.

However, Pogba shared a picture on Instagram earlier this week of himself sat on a treatment table with his right foot strapped in a brace.

The World Cup winner has been in Miami receiving treatment on his long-term injury, having featured in just two of United’s last 14games.

The recent post came after suggestions from the Spanish press that Pogba is in fact fit and is instead refusing to play for United.

Pogba has previously shared an Instagram story of himself playing basketball with Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler, seemingly with no fitness issues.

Several Spanish outlets took this as a suggestion that he has recovered from the issues sustained against Southampton in August.

Pogba subsequently posted his timely reminder of the recent treatment, although he had a cast removed from his ankle before travelling to America during the international break.
