Juventus Coach Maurizio Sarri Reacts After Ronaldo Left Stadium Angry

Juventus Coach Maurizio Sarri has reacted on Star player Cristiano Ronaldo leaving the stadium after being substituted in the 55th minute. Ronaldo reportedly left the Allianz Stadium before the end for the game between Juventus and AC Milan after being substituted for the second straight match.

The 34-year-old was taken off 10 minutes into the second half and his disappointment at the decision was clear for all to see.

After being replaced by Paulo Dybala on 55 minutes, the Portuguese striker directed some words at Sarri, before heading straight down the tunnel into the changing rooms.

And According to Italian publication Calciomercato, Ronaldo then left the stadium before the final whistle.

To make matters worse for Ronaldo, it was Dybala who went on to score the only goal of the game.

The win for Juve also meant they returned to the top of Serie A.

However, after the game Sarri admitted he did not know if Ronaldo had left the stadium before the final whistle.

“Disrespectful to his teammates? Like I said, I don’t know,” Sarri said.

“If it’s true that he left before the end it is a problem to be resolved with his teammates.”

Ronaldo was also substituted in Juventus’ 2-1 win over Lokomotiv Moscow in the Champions League last Wednesday and Sarri insisted the striker should actually be praised for playing because he is carrying an injury.

“I have no problem with Cristiano,” Sarri said.

“He should be thanked because he made himself available despite not being in the best condition.

“In the last month he has had discomfort in his knee and this is a little problem for him.”
