U-23 AFCON: Nigeria Draw South Africa, Zambia, Cote d’l voire In Group B



Nigeria will face South Africa, Zambia and Cote d’l voire In Group B of the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Egypt, reports Rushhoursport.com

Hosts Egypt, are drawn in Group A alongside Mali, Cameroon and Ghana

Group A matches will take place at the Cairo International Stadium, while the Al Salaam Stadium also based in Cairo will host games in the second group.

The opening game of the competition will be between Egypt and Mali on November 8 at the Cairo International Stadium.

Nigeria’s first game is against Cote d’l voire on November 9.

The U-23 Eagles won the last edition of the competition four years ago in Senegal.

The competition will be played between November 8th to 22nd.

The top three teams will represent Africa in the football event of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.
