TS Galaxy Captain Mpakumpaku Dares Enyimba Ahead CAF Confederation Cup Clash

TS Galaxy captain Ludwe Mpakumpaku says they are not afraid of coming up against Nigeria champions Enyimba in their CAF Confederation Cup final qualifying round fixture.

The South Africa First Division club face an uphil task in their bid to make it to the group stage of the competition after they were drawn against the Peoples Elephants on Wednesday.

Mpakumpaku said they were not worried about facing anyone on the continent as they were a highly determined club with a young squad that is eager to do well.

“So far we have done well in the Confederations Cup. We have surprised a lot of people I don’t think there is a team we want to avoid because we are confident in our style of play. Any team that we face will be given a run for their money because we are a confident and very hard-working club” said Mpakumpaku.

The Rockets will not be in action this weekend due to the FIFA break but resume their domestic fixtures on Wednesday, 16 October against Moroka Swallows in a Glad Africa Championship encounter at Dobsonville Stadium.

The first leg will take place in Aba on October 27th while the reverse fixture will be played on November 3rd in South Africa.
