Football star Emmanuel Seyi Adebayor has sent a lovely message to celebrate his girlfriend, Dilish Mathews.
The 35-year-old Kayserispor forward took to his social media page to shower praises on his woman -The former Big Brother Africa contestant.
Adebayor posted a photo of the Namibian star on Instagram and captioned it : “SEA, baby you shine everyday, but today is a special one and your are shining the brightest. May God bless you with all of the wonderful desires of your heart and bless you to keep the many blessings that you already have. Happy birthday baby @dillishmathews
Last year, Dillish publicly confirmed her relationship with Emmanuel Adebayor in a post on her Instagram page.
