Man United fan burns his N2000 jerseys as club fails to qualify for UCL

Below are pictures showing how a Man United fan burnt his club’s jerseys which he bought for N2000 because they failed to book a UEFA Champions League spot.

Man United failed to qualify after they drew to Huddersfield last weekend. This made many fans to take to social media expressing their anger St the club and most especially new manager, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

One fan wrote:
I’d genuinely sack Solskjær in the summer. Don’t care how bad the players are, we shouldn’t be dropping points to Huddersfield with a chance of top 4 still there. I know he’s been let down by individuals every week now, but the drop in performance is terrible.Worse than with Jose

Another shared:
United should admit they have made a mistake hiring Solskjaer and sack him now imo. Can’t believe a club of that size hired him permanently.

On if it’s too late to sack the manager, a fan tweeted:
Honestly. It’s not too late to sack Solskjaer. I’ve not been encouraged by his pressers especially with his proposed plan for this team which doesn’t involve a mass clearout

Another joined in the call for his sack:
Sack Solskjaer & go all out for Pochettino before this gets even more embarrassing. He should never have got the job in the fucking first place. The clubs finished.
