Chelsea are ready to sell youngster Kasey Palmer without giving him a first team chance.
The 22-year-old has been on loan for much of his time at the Blues in the past few seasons.
According to The Sun, Chelsea will sanction his sale to Bristol City for £4 million in the summer.
Palmer is on loan at the club after his stint at Blackburn in the first half of the season ended.
He has impressed Bristol win seven Championship games in a row.
And now he will get his permanent move in the summer.
